Well I'm at the halfway point for this round of chemo. It's been a job to get a rhythm with it but I feel like I'm finding my way. It's different than I imagined- not better or worse necessarily but there's a bad trip, fever-dream like element to it that I find particularly surprising (and difficult). Fortunately it doesn't last more than a few days and I then get a rest before it starts again. My cancer does continue to be an overachiever- there's a pinpoint spot in my brain. We had to cancel the original combo radiation/chemo plan in favor of just really strong chemo for now. Since it's learned how to travel we have to go scorched earth I guess.
