Happy Friday! What a weird week it's been. It has come to a nice ending with a lovely hockey party yesterday. Even though our team did not win, it's always great to get together with the girls and blow off some steam. Today should (hopefully) be a quiet one. Mr still hasn't been able to secure a bloodletting appointment and he's feeling it. I'm trying to take what I can off his plate and provide a little extra TLC. I think that some baking may be therapeutic. In fuck yeah news, we're going to take a vacation without the dog!!! I've traveled a lot through my life and I miss it. We've gone to plenty of places with Finn but camper life is a working vacation in many ways. I'm hankering for far off destinations with NO obligations and sleeping with no ears open lol. Happy Superbowl Monday. I don't even work anymore but I am calling sick. Currently it's closing in on 2am and I am finally wound down enough to go to bed. Finn has just come in from his nightly fox hunt. He sniffs all around its trails with such dedication. IDK where the little fella hides out but I'm glad that he leaves such interesting smells for the dog to enjoy. Sunday was just great with lots of yummy food and good company.
